This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

It's extremely soft, true to its lengths, the color is gorgeous with very minimal shedding. I ordered two 20' inch and two 18' inch with a 16' inch lace frontal. All together it's beautiful hair and I'll definitely be ordering from them again!

This hair is amazing. The shipping is so fast , it's unbelievable . The packaging is super nice , it comes with a card that has washing instructions on it , which was very useful . The hair itself (texture) is smooth /soft / silky . It's an amazing deal .. 5 stars for sure !!!

It was very fast, I ordered Friday, the 3th, and received it today, the 7th, the hair is very soft and silky, it does have a smell so I will have to wash it regardless. I haven't put it in, but I believe it's true to length, I probably should have gotten an extra bundle though.

The hair is beautiful ‼️ I love it so much I waited some time to leave this review because I wanted to test the hair out first. Being a hairstylist I HIGHLY recommend this hair for anyone. I curled it & it holds the curls for 3-4 days on average. I will be ordering more hair soon. Also the seller hair great communication. Love this vendor & the hair. Going to dye it next & I know it's real virgin hair from when it got curly when I washed & conditioned it.
