Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

this is an excellent wig for the price! the color is gorgeous and the texture is wiggy but soft and much better than something you’d get at a halloween / party store. i trimmed the bangs to suit my face and honestly love it more than i anticipated. the color isn’t quite natural but it is a lot more brown looking than i anticipated— fortunately that means it’s super subtle. it does shed but for the price i’m not surprised. i would definitely buy it again, or in different colors!
