This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is soft, beautiful and great quality. The hair is true to length. I ordered a 24” wig. Even better than what I had expected. Hair doesn’t shed however it does have a mild smell but it goes away after one wash. Comes with pretty eyelashes and the hair is plucked well. Definitely will be buying from this company again. Very satisfied with this purchase!!
