Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

this wig is everything as described! it is super soft with the right amount of shine, beautiful pre-plucked lace, very heat-friendly so i was able to achieve these bouncy curls and they lasted most of the day with no product! i love that it looks jet black and not a dark brown like most wigs come and the length and density is perfect. I can style it so many different ways!
