This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

When the hair arrived it was package nicely. It came with a red satin bag for you to store your hair in.The wig is nice and soft and came with no smell. So far the hair has minimum shedding. The hair flat irons nicely and curls nicely. Highly recommend.

Wig came low key pre plucked , lace is thin which resulted in a easy melt. The density I wish was a little more fuller, however for it to be a 613 wig it’s bomb. Does not shed . Wig comes with a elastic band too! it’s a great wig affordable wig.
