Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Very nice wig- it’s one of my faves. I did have some shipment/damage issues but Wiggins customer service stayed in communication and were very friendly and eager to correct things. I didn’t get to enjoy the braids but bc this wig is a 13x4, I can do different styles. Worth the money for sure.
