This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Frontal is amazing, very thin and plucks really well! It took about 6 days to arrive to the Uk :). I have only had it for a few days so I am not sure how much it sheds but so far doesn’t seem too bad
