Q1: HOW TO WASH YOUR WIG ?1) Gently remove tangle with your hands before washing the wig.2) Put the wig into cold water, when performing the shampoo do not approach hair abrasively, dip hair in/out while adding shampoo directly to hair from the bottom.3) Rinse shampoo thoroughly and finger comb the conditioner onto the wig to give it even distribution. Leave wig in conditioner for 10-15 minutes.4) Rinse the conditioner off the wig with cool water. Water should appear clear after rinsing. Using a clean towel, blot the wig dry.5) Allow the wig to air dry in a cool, dry environment. Never wear your wig wet.Q2: HOW TO CARE YOUR WIG ?1) After the hair is dyed, the cuticles are easily damaged, so better care is needed. Hair has to be washed and conditioned at least twice a week. Let your hair dry naturally after washing, and avoid direct exposure to sun.2) For detangling or daily maintenance use a wide tooth comb or paddle brush.3) Do not use products that contain sulfate, parabens, or alcohol. This wig was really silky, It was true to length and the lace was very thin the knots were really small and it was really easy to melt. There was little to no shedding. The shipping was really fast there was no delay. This wig came with a wig cap and a wig band which was very helpful.

This wig is so soft and smells good straight out of the package. It is true to length and has little to no shedding. It looks nice with or without baby hairs. It is very full and holds curls nicely. You have to treat the wig as you would your own hair as far as caring for it. I cut layers into my wig to get my desired look. I barely had to do any customization. Will be purchasing again in the near future!
