This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I ordered a loose deep wave hair and it holds it's texture after dying very soft very easy to maintain as long as you used to right shampoo and conditioner sulfur free alcohol-free stay away for chemicals like that and your hair will last I will order from this company again thank you so much for the hair
