This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is soooo nice!!! I made a wig and it's nice and full but not to full. The hair is really really silky and soft. It sheds a tiny bit, I do not have anything bad to say about this hair. The hype over this hair is right. This is the best hair I've had so far. It arrived in like 3 days. Customer service is also very good.
