This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

first off the delivery was very fast! ordered it Monday and received it Wednesday. Furthermore, I decided to make a wig with bundles and closure, and the hair is very silky and straight. Minimum shedding, but that’s pretty normal with any type of hair. So far I had the hair in for a day, and it hasn’t matted on me, and this hair is super affordable. I love this hair a lot.

i just received my bundles of hair i wanted the 18,20 22 with the 16 inch closure. i order on a Friday received it on Wednesday . The hair is supper soft and true to length. I ran my fingers through it a couple times and only got one strand out. The ends are full to my liking. There was no smell to the hair. This is my second time ordering from this company and so far I have not gotten disappointed. I have not yet installed the hair.
