This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is supper soft and true to length. I ran my fingers through it a couple times and only got one strand out. The ends are full to my liking. There was no smell to the hair. This is my second time ordering from this company and so far I have not gotten disappointed. I have not yet installed the hair.
