This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

i just received my bundles of hair i wanted the 18,20 22 with the 16 inch closure. i order on a Friday received it on Wednesday . The communication between Mary and i were very good , about the hair so far so good the hair is really soft although it did have a slight smell and the closure is very dense so it will defiantly be plucked to my liking i am making a wig out of the for the first time wish me luck

The hair is supper soft and true to length. I ran my fingers through it a couple times and only got one strand out. The ends are full to my liking. There was no smell to the hair. This is my second time ordering from this company and so far I have not gotten disappointed. I have not yet installed the hair. I am currently making a wig out of it and will post more pictures in the near future. I love this company’s communication . Mary kept me updated every step of the way with the tracking of my package.
