This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The product was great I did end up dying it to get the look I wanted but my hair blends well. After being washed 3 times to get clean it was still super soft and even after dying it, it was still soft.
