This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The curls are gorgeous and It is very easy to work with. When I wear this hair, it looks very natural and had no smell. There is no shedding or no tangling. It is so smooth of the hair and looks shiny. Easy to install and wear so comfortable and would recommend.
