This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

First off this hair is absolutely AMAZING!! Beyond my expectations. Easy to maintain. I have washed and let the hair air dry and the curls remained intact. Still so full of life and volume. The most pleasant surprise was having almost a complete bundle left over after the unit was created (big head ppl will understand lol) I can't get my fingers out of my hair now. Super Soft with a very natural flow and bounce . Thank you for the extra gifts!!!

The hair is beautiful. I colored this hair to different levels of blonde including platinum and the hair is not damaged and is still curly although the curls loosened a bit. I would recommend and purchase again.
