Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This was my first time ordering from Wiggins and my first time trying blonde hair so I was nervous but babyyy when I tell you this is probably my favorite wig ever (and I've had like 40). I purchased 20", 250% density, P4/33/27 and it's true to length and thickness. There is a little pink in the color from the bleaching but I don't mind it. There's also a little shedding but nothing out of the ordinary. I ordered the wig on 10/24, it was shipped on 10/29, and delivered on 11/2. I bleached the knots (though you don't need to) and the lace melteddd into my scalp like no lace has ever melted on my scalp before. I also added some layers to give it more body. I definitely recommend it.
