Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

So far I love it . It came fast . I was a lil nervous that it wouldn’t come in time for my birthday but it came 4 days earlier than expected. It’s soft no shedding . The lace is transparent with small knots. I can wait to install . The customer service was amazing too.
