This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It fits my head , allows customization, the hair is soft easy to style, true to length, and has no shedding :) the lace was also very easy to work with and blends with my scalp super well, It smelt nice upon arrival, and was affordable as well.
