This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Hair is very very soft. Was shocked at how soft it was. Hair is extremely good quality and true to length. Even though the hair is curly it had minimal shedding which i was super happy about as curly hair tends to shed. Seller was honest and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be buying again!

Let me tell you...this hair is gorgeous. I still cant believe how incredibly soft it is, even after washing, dying, and styling. It doesnt tangle, and barely any shedding. I wasnt looking for a refund, but while communicating with the seller about how lovely the hair is, when I mentioned the length issue, I was offered a very generous refund. Will definatly order from this seller again.
