This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is so soft and lustrous. It had no chemical smell. No shedding or tangling occurred. I didn't have to customize it very much. I didn't even have to bleach the knots or pluck it.
