This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Hair is soft, silky and barely noticed any shedding on the first wash. Slight odor but nothing shampoo and conditioner can’t get rid off. And it arrived in a week, which was very impressive in these circumstances. Hair was shoulder length so I cut it a bit to be my desired length.Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend.

The hair matches the description & Im loving this unit as far! I ordered the 12 inch straight and dyed it with manic panic as you want to avoid using harsh chemicals or dyes on the hair as it can damage way faster than the hair on your scalp. Way better than similar past wigs Ive bought from other companies. It was pretty curly for a body wave but regardless it’s very silky, true to density, and installed beautifully.
