This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Hello I recieved the hair and it is beautiful. It is true to length, full, This wig is really amazing ! The hair is soft without a smell and has very little shedding. The only one I joy shedding was when I washed it the first time and even that shedding was only a couple strands. I’m going to install the unit later today and I will post pictures then ! Very satisfied with this wig and the communication throughout the entire process was amazing as well! Thank you

This is my first 360 lace front wig. I am pretty impressed so far! I received it within 2 days of ordering it. There was no chemical scent to the hair. I didn't need to do any extra bleaching the knots. The hair came in the exact length I ordered. It was soft and lustrous! Customizing the lace and baby hairs was easy and little work for me to do. I love this hair sooooo much!!

The hair is so soft and lustrous. It had no chemical smell. No shedding or tangling occurred. I didn't have to customize it very much. I didn't even have to bleach the knots or pluck it. It isn't stiff at all and flows like my own hair. I would definitely recommend this company and particular wig to others!
