This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Very accurate super dope wig ! Hair came pre plucked all I did was bleach the knots and added a little dark brown eyeshadow (should of did a different shade of brown though) I HIGHLY recommend ! I'll be doing a video on it and upload it.

So soft I got a 16inch and I love!! The lace is a light lace so it's good and it doesn't go back that far so keep that in mind as well. Would get if I were you!! Came very fast too.
