This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

When the hair came it feels really soft and it's so silky.Its the best straight lace front wig I have bought. Its full and soft. It has thick ends for the length to be long.
