This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

So I decided to write a review because like most people you look at the reviews and you see varying opinions. Initially I was very nervous when I purchased, not sure if I would be satisfied. However, if you are one of those ppl who are in doubt as to whether or not to buy this wig, I would definitely recommend it! It arrived in a timely fashion. The hair is very soft, true to the length and the lace ended up blending perfectly with my skin. It did come preplucked as well. Also, the seller is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. I will definitely purchase again.
