This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

So far so good with this hair. It was efficiently packaging to ensure the hair was protected. I was surprised that the bundles were the same as the model. As far as the hair's texture it is very soft, no factory or processed smell is on the hair. so far everything is perfect.
