This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

"This hair was very soft. Made it into a wig and put it on next day. There was no shedding, but I also secured the wefts. I did wet the hair and the curls were gorgeous. Once it dried I ran a brush through it and it became very full. Will be ordering again. Love it."
