This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is really bomb , made a wig out of it and even bleached it , I personally did not get any shedding because I deep condition the hair for 45min. The hair came quick and communication with seller was great!

I've had my install going on a week and the hair is beautiful!! Its very full and holds curls so well. I use flexi rods and a wide tooth comb. It doesn't shed and feels so soft! I tied my hair with a silk scarf and cover with a bonnet! I'm very pleased and will purchase again!
