This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I love this wig! It’s soft and bouncy. It holds curls and when the curls fall out a nice natural body wave is still present. It lasted a long time and it is still actually in good condition. I still have it on. I’ve washed it twice because I use a lot of spray. I will be purchasing here from now on until I’m let down, but hopefully there is never a issue.

Honestly I wasn't sure if the reviews were real/ exaggerated because it sounded to good to be true but they aren't lying lol! The hair is BEAUTIFUL and soft and I haven't seen shredding yet and I'm bust person.. I've worked out/cooked / sweated and the hair is still has bouncy and soft as it can be.
