Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Didn’t install yet however the packaging was lovely received a wig cap & lashes also! My wig was very soft & true to length it even smelled good ! Ok so this is my honest review. The shipping is the best thing. The density of the hair is great the curl pattern really pretty it takes maintenance but if you take care of it your hair would be fine.I fell in love with the lace, and it did come pre-plucked but I will be plucking more to my liking
