This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Get this wig!!! It is super easy to install I did absolutely no customizing. I did use the back combs but only used very little hair spray along the hair line to tack it down and it fits flawlessly! No shredding, not bad smelling, The hair is soft. I love it! Will definitely purchase a longer one!
