Ok so this is my honest review. The shipping is the best thing. The density of the hair is great the curl pattern really pretty it takes maintenance but if you take care of it your hair would be fine.I fell in love with the lace, and it did come pre-plucked but I will be plucking more to my liking

Before installing I used shampoo and conditioner, let it air dry, then applied very little Cantu shea butter daily oil moisturizer. 2 days later, no tangle and no shedding.
