Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

If you feel iffy about this hair DONT!!!! I’ve had the wig for almost a month. I’ve fallen asleep in this wig without wrapping my head up multiple times. I also work in a plant that on some days is very hot. All I do is comb it out, wet it, and apply mousse and girl I’m good to go. It’s soft no odor out the box. As I said I work in a plant and since it’s hot I don’t bother applying lace glue I just add a headband. It’s worth the money trust me! I plucked the part and added foundation. Beautiful hair I’d buy again 1000%

Before installing I used shampoo and conditioner, let it air dry, then applied very little Cantu shea butter daily oil moisturizer. 2 days later, no tangle and no shedding. The hair is overall gorgeous. I will purchase again, over and over!
