This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

the unit looks really good. The curl pattern in the hair returns even when brushed out. Good quality hair, the only drawback is that the hair sheds quite a bit. But because it’s a curly unit, the hair loss is minimal as it won’t be combed everyday.

I love this wig alot!!! When the package arrived the box was broken and it did not come with anything extra like most reviews I read. The lace is a little thick but my stylist was able to work with it. The curls are really soft even after wearing it for the weeks.

I ordered the wig on April 8th and it arrived on April 12th. The packing was nice and the wig didn’t have a weird smell. I have a small head and usually wigs don’t fit well but this one fits good. I don't need bleach the knots and I haven’t touched up the part yet but you can see it’s very manageable for even a beginner. The seller reached out to me and made sure I received the wig and had no issues. I will definitely order from this company again
