This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I ordered the wig on April 8th and it arrived on April 12th. The packing was nice and the wig didn’t have a weird smell. I have a small head and usually wigs don’t fit well but this one fits good. I don't need bleach the knots and I haven’t touched up the part yet but you can see it’s very manageable for even a beginner.
