This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

CONS: minimal shedding with brushing, and i personally didnt apply heat so unsure how the curly hair looks straight
Overall the picture speaks for itself the hair is gorgeous
