This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I made a wig out of the hair and i constantly ran my hand through it to see if it would shed but it didn't, my hair stylist loved the hair texture and said the hair was good and it rarely sheds, I would give this vendor 7/5 Stars,and i'm surprise because i haven't had a vendor that ever made me want to order from them twice until this one.
