This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

As you can imagine there are countless hair stores on website, so I was very happy to get the hair and it’s thick and great quality I love the deal, texture and shade. It’s true 1b (if that’s what you chose). I will post an update when I install and have in the hair for a month. Definitely buy this hair!

This hair is literally soooo beautiful.. Its soft and silky and the closure looks amazing . Im getting it installed tomorrow but so far im very happy with the hair and theres no shedding. the sellers communication was great. I ordered the hair late monday i believe and it came thursday. so shipping was not an issue so far i give it 5 stars !
