This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Q Is this wig a left part or a right part?

Dear customer: This wig is "Left Side Part" , "Left Side Part" refers to where the line is, NOT where the hair goes. Some customers get confused – remember: Left Part = Line on the Left, Hair flows to the Right. Right Part = Line on the Right, Hair flows to the Left. You can check it as below: Put the wig on as you normally would. Look at the top crown area. You will see a clear pre-stitched part line (or lace parting). If that parting line is located on the left half of the head (closer to your left ear), that is a Left Side Part. As a result, the hair wefts on the right side will be longer/fuller and sweep across to cover the top, finally falling toward your right shoulder.

Q Why does my wig look flat?

Thank you for reaching out, and we completely understand your concern! Please don't worry — your wig is perfectly fine. What you're noticing is simply due to the way it was packed for shipping, which can temporarily flatten the fibers and style. Here's an easy fix: simply take the wig out, give it a good shake, and gently fluff it with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. You can also lightly run your hands through the layers to restore its natural volume and bounce. In most cases, the shape comes back immediately. If you'd like extra lift, you can also hang the wig for a few hours or lightly steam it (on a low setting) to refresh the style — but usually, a good shake and fluff are all it takes.
