This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I’m very pleased.I did curl the hair to see if it takes curls really well and it does, I also brushed the curls out afterwards so yea that’s why it looks like that lol.
