This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Very cheap, the shipping is fast it came with a little smell but after I washed it, the smell came right out. The hair is very soft and it doesn’t tangle. I’m very pleased.I did curl the hair to see if it takes curls really well and it does, I also brushed the curls out afterwards so yea that’s why it looks like that lol. So by the hair or not it’s up to you.
