They keep you updated from the time your order to the time it arrives and that’s what I like .... I got 3 24” bundles with a 20” closure; I can’t wait until I install. I purchased this hair March 9 and I received this hair on March 13th. After Co-Washing the hair and bleaching the knots on the closure the hair was already gorgeous. Since having the hair the hair has been colored and still reverted back to its natural texture.
