This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair arrived as same day delivery, so I was happy with the shipping. When I initially installed the hair, it was beautiful as expected. I ordered the 16/18/20 inches. However, after a week,there is minimal shedding as I do not comb or brush the hair. I only use my fingers to comb through the hair. The curls was nice. Overall, It is good and I will order again!
