This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I love this hair! It's soft and it doesn't shed. I also love that there are no tangles. The hair was very full. I didn't even need to use all the bundles. The wave in this hair is beautiful! Waited 3 weeks to post a review... Overall the hair is great quality for price. Has a nice wave pattern, even when i washed it and air dried the curls were even more defined. I didnt experience any tangles, shedding when i do brush it... will buy again.

The hair is very nice quality. It’s super soft and the loose deep wave pattern is so pretty. I purchased the 14,16,18 inch bundles with a 12 inch frontal and made it into a wig. There hasn’t been any tangling or shedding. I will purchase again.

First time ever having loose deep wave hair. I’ve had this in for about a week and I must say IM IN LOOOVE! I have 18 20 20+20 frontal. The hair is so soft and easy to take care of. There’s no funny smell. Now the hair sheds but it’s just 2 strands a day. I most definitely will be ordering again!!!!!!

I just received the hair in the mail today. Shipping was fairly quick! I got 18, 20, 22 inch bundles. The bundles are great, thick, soft, no smell, no tangling and no shedding so far. Also, customer service is great. I've never had a vendor email me immediately after receiving my package to make sure that I got it and to see if there were any problems. Definitely a great company!
