This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I washed it and there was no shedding even when I combed it while it was wet. The company is very helpful and they communicate great. The moment I ordered it, it was being shipped the next few hours. I got my hair in about 4 days it was amazing and I was super happy. Plus the bundle is thick and so are the wefts. It’s beautiful
