Shipping was faster than I even expected being it came from so far away. FEDEX did good with keeping the shipment status updated. The product shipper kept in contact by text message. I placed my order friday it came monday so A+ on shipping. The hair came with no bad smells at all. It was packaged very nicely.And I do prefer to cut the the very ends of my hair for a more natural length but this hair is true to length and after a wash and conditioning the natural texture of the hair shows respect well.
