This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I measured the bundles and they were exactly true to length. it came with no smell unlike some of the hair I bought previously from other vendors. This hair has no scent, and after repeatedly running my fingers through it, there is no shedding. The vendor has excellent communication and even sent me a pair of eyelashes as a gift. Overall am impressed.
