This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Ladies here is your update its been three weeks and it's still soft. I washed it and the curls remained the same. I've received so many compliments from the first day I wore it until now.
