This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It’s good quality hair , they didn’t have to ask me to leave a feedback twice , I ordered on Friday received the hair on Monday it was really fast shipping ,I didn’t want to leave a feedback before I installed it ... well so far I’m satisfied, i haven’t experienced no shedding no tangle, it hold a curl perfectly and the bundle was very full , so I will order again
